These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of services provided by flux8labs ("we", "us", "our"), including our industrial business directories and related digital products. By purchasing or accessing any flux8labs product, you agree to these terms.

flux8labs provides verified, searchable business directories for Jaipur's industrial zones — including VKIA, Jhotwara, and Sitapura. Directories are delivered as Excel files and Google Sheets links to the email address provided at checkout.

Access is granted for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Quarterly data updates are included and delivered to the same email address during the access period.

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). flux8labs reserves the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not affect existing purchases.

Your purchase grants personal, non-commercial access to the purchased directory. Resale, redistribution, or sharing of directory data is strictly prohibited.

Directory access (Excel file + Google Sheets link) will be emailed within 2 business hours of payment confirmation. If you do not receive your access within 4 hours, contact us at [email protected] with your payment reference.

We make reasonable efforts to verify and maintain accurate data. However, flux8labs does not warrant that all directory listings are complete, current, or error-free. Business contact details may change between quarterly updates. We are not liable for any decisions made based on directory data.

You may not use directory data to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam), for mass outreach campaigns, or for any purpose that violates applicable Indian law including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

All directory content, structure, and associated software are the intellectual property of flux8labs. Purchasing access grants a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the data for your own research and business purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, flux8labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our directories or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
